Meet Ryan Skove

Ryan Skove grew up in West Long Branch and has called Little Silver home since 2016 — so when he talks about the Shore, he's not reciting comps; he's talking about his neighborhood.

Before real estate, Ryan spent years in corporate finance and commercial construction. That background shows up in how he works: reading the fine print in a deal, spotting a renovation's true cost before it becomes a surprise, and staying steady when negotiations get tense. It's a big part of why 29 families trusted him to buy or sell in 2024 alone.

Ryan holds his ABR, SRS, and PSA designations — credentials behind his pricing strategy and negotiation approach, not just letters after his name. He leads the Skove Real Estate Team at eXp Realty, serving Red Bank, Monmouth County, and parts of Ocean County.

Off the clock, Ryan stays just as active, having served as a Middletown Township Housing Commissioner, volunteered with the Little Silver Fire Dept., and serves as the Jr. Bucs Wrestling team treasurer. You'll usually find him on the sidelines or at the matside at his sons' sporting events.
